Exchange & Return

We get it. Buying shoes online can seem risky. That's why we offer a 'No-Hassle' policy to ensure you get the perfect fit in your If you would like to exchange your product for another style or size, or return your merchandise, our process is easy and straightforward. Return any item to our Returns Department via mail. Please make sure to include your receipt of purchase with your exchange or return shipping back to our Returns Department.

If you believe you have a defective product, please contact Customer Service Department via email to discuss the defect and possibly schedule the product to be returned to Nike.

Try them on. Wear them to work. Put them to the test. If things don't work out, we've got you covered.

If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason within 60 days of your original purchase, exchange your shoes for free using the UPS Return Shipping Label enclosed with your shoes* or return them, no questions asked.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

1. Email us at to clarify whether you wish to exchange or return items. Please do not ship your exchange/return back without our authorisation, as it will not be processed.

2. Confirm a convenient address, time and telephone number in order for us to generate a pick up label.

3. Please print out your pick up label. DHL will get in touch with you in order to make arrangements at your convenience.

4. Remove all previous labels and attach the new printed pick up label to your package.

5. Once we receive and examine the items, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges are free of charge and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
